Freeman Auto Repair Inc

Needed to get my wheel bearing replaced on 2021 Toyota.. was fully expecting $500+, and Freeman quoted me less than that! When I brought my car in, I was certain that the wheel bearing needed to be replaced, but I was not sure if we had damaged wheel hub or axel or something else along the way. Freeman’s quickly told me it was only the wheel bearing needed replacing. Honest group of fellas here. 10/10 would recommend. It’s rare to have an auto shop you can trust! Had my car fixed in literally 24 hours. Customer for life!

So glad that I found this shop! I was always skeptical with mechanic shops, being a woman, I was worried that the might try to over sell me things. I feel confident that Thad Freeman and his technicians will be completely honest with me and treat me like family. Highly recommended!

***UPDATE*** I had a small part fail from the repair that they did. Freeman’s took the time to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. I cannot recommend Enough, how awesome bad in his team were in addressing my issue most places would’ve blown me off, but that made sure I was taken care of. This was a big job too, so it really means a lot that they stood behind their word and honored their work. This is why I love dealing with Freeman’s I love dealing with Freemans. Thad and his crew are always so helpful and nice. They take the time to let me ask questions and don’t rush me. They also communicate and get things completed in a timely manner. They listen and give their honest opinion. Their prices are fair and their work is of high quality.

Great honest fair & reasonable people. Highly recommend them. They are my new repair shop going forward. Only regret is I didn’t start going to them years ago…. Update on different vehicle….. If you don’t listen to anything else I tell you. Believe me when I tell you the mechanics Freeman Auto Repair know what they are doing & are good honest people. This car was at 3 previous shops & they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. I dropped this car off at 10:00am this morning and it was ready by 4:00pm. Special shoutout to Jason Vaughn he’s the one who got the job done. 🫡 I’m officially a lifelong customer now.
